  I absolutely love this shop. It’s my go to for gifts for family and friends, and for me of course
  The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble, from advice to complimentary gift wrapping.
  I do recommend The Garden Gallery to lots of customers who ask me where they should shop.

  I know we literally just left ten minutes ago, but goodness, the gentleman working was absolutely delightful! Such a beautiful little shop, and honestly, pretty cheap for us City folk who could spend more than double on similar products back in Melbourne.

  The worker was friendly as I was looking through crystals, until I found only one that I wanted. He quite rudely said “we don’t do transactions that small”.
  
  I work in retail. What would have been more appropriate: “if you don’t have cash on you, we do have a 20 cent surcharge on purchases under $10”.
  
  After navigating the cold server and establishing the surcharge myself, the transaction was put through. Surcharges exist for a reason- it’s no harm to you to put through the transaction, and can be done politely, instead of coldly.
  
  Only two stars because they had some cool stuff.

  One of my favourite shops in my favourite Australian town. Bright is so beautiful, and this gorgeous shop makes it even more so. My family and I have been coming here every year for a short holiday for at least six consecutive years and I always look forward to my visit to The Bright Garden Gallery. I’ve gotten to know the friendly owner by name and really enjoy our yearly chat while I spend ages browsing through all the beautiful gifts and decor items she has on display. I stock up on my favourite outdoor incenses and I always buy something for my daughter’s Fairy Garden. I also love the shop’s street appeal with all their garden decor items hanging under the canopy, colourful woven baskets sitting pretty and lovely green plants that give out the vibe that this shop has its own private veranda or deck. That look draws me in like a magnet and it always makes me feel happy.
  If you’re visiting Bright and you like visiting one-of-a-kind little shops that make you feel in wonderland, you will be pleased to know that this most beautiful town in Australia has more than one of these wonderland unique little shops to fall in love with. I have at least 5 on my must visit when in Bright list. The Bright Garden Gallery is my #1, and I have to say it smelled amazing as I walked in the door during my most recent visit. Ladies, do yourselves a favour and put this shop on your list if you visit Bright.
